As at 31 October 2017 the Company's issued share capital consists of 83,803,098 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 83,803,098 Ordinary Shares.
