Holding in the Company

The Company received notification on January 10th 2007 that following the 
disposal of 2,375,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, MCM has an 
interest in 5,650,860 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.7% of the 
Company's issued ordinary share capital.  As a result of this disposal of 
shares, MCM no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
