Investment Manager Share Sales

The Company announces that, in accordance with the terms of the Investment Management Agreement between the Company and Greencoat Capital LLP (the "Investment Manager"), the Investment Manager has sold 1,036,818 Ordinary Shares which are no longer subject to the lock up restriction of three years.

Following the sale, the beneficial interests of the Investment Manager in the issued share capital of the Company will be as follows:
