now available for viewing, in accordance with Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 6.3.5(3), on the Company's website at

Copies of the ARFS and the Notice of Meeting in respect of the

United Utilities Group PLC announced its final results on 23 May
2019 (the announcement) in accordance with the financial reporting
obligations of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules which
