RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO - February 14, 2007 - Visual Defence Inc. (LSE: VDI), the
security convergence company, today announces that Barry Tal, the Company's
founder and current Chairman of the Board has been appointed Chief Executive
Officer (CEO). Mr Tal will be replacing the current CEO, Dagan Sadeh, effective
from 1 May 2008. Mr Sadeh will remain on the Board as a Non-executive Director
of the Company following the change.

Mr Sadeh joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer in June 2004 and has held
the position of CEO since December, 2005. "As CEO, Dagan has been instrumental
in the Company's growth over the last few years," said Mr Tal. "Since 2005, we
have doubled the number of employees, increased revenues dramatically and
delivered some of the largest and most complex security system solutions in the
world. We are delighted that Dagan has agreed to remain with the company as a
non-executive director."
