The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 18 October 2017 Nicol Verheem, a PDMR of the Company, sold 50,000 ordinary shares at GBP10.84 per share for personal reasons. Nicol Verheem now holds 115,766 ordinary shares in the Company.
