LONDON--Vodafone Group PLC (VOD.LN) and Globacom Ltd., have formed a new, non-equity partnership that covers Nigeria and the Republic of Benin, to help boost roaming services, the telecommunications companies announced Friday.

Under the partner market agreement, Vodafone and Globacom will work together to significantly boost the experience for consumer and business customers, utilizing a wide range of their mobile, voice and data products and global experience.
