Completion of the Acquisition of Retra
Warpaint London PLC (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of
colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 brand, is pleased to announce
the completion of the acquisition of Retra Holdings Limited.
The Company confirms the admission of 12,210,525 new ordinary
shares in the Company to trading on AIM earlier today
("Admission"). Following Admission, the total number of shares in
issue will be 76,749,125. The Company does not hold any shares in
treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the
Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules.
