Cyclone Adds Experienced New Product Development (NPD) Engineer, Vladimir Artman, to its Technical Team

Power Technologies Inc. (OTCQB: CYPW), developer of the all-fuel,
clean-tech Cyclone Engine, announced today that it has added
Vladimir "Val" Artman, an engineer with over 40 years' experience
in quality assurance and product reliability for some of the
largest power and electronics companies in the world, to its
technical consulting team.
Mr. Artman has recently served as Reliability Engineering
Manager for GE Wind Energy, and Senior
Manufacturing and Quality Engineer for Schneider
Electric. His specialties include quality assurance,
reliability testing, root cause analysis and corrective action for
new product development utilizing proven engineering and management
systems such as Six Sigma and ISO-9000. He is currently assisting
the Company's waste-to-power subsidiary in Ohio,
Cyclone-WHE, develop streamlined processes and procedures necessary
to successfully transition its engines into production.

Heat Engine (WHE-DR) in 2014, which is designed to serve the

Phoenix Power Group which supplies the waste motor oil industry,
and Clean Carbon which develops biochar-producing gasifiers for the
agricultural market, are already assisting in technology
integration efforts and are expected to be early customers of these
engines.
