Viewing all Transactions

Buy, sell and cashbook entry transactions are all listed in order on the 'Transactions' page. Transactions has similar information to the holdings page, except the holdings page only lists buys and sells in one company, where as transactions lists all transactions that have been made in the portfolio including amendments to the cash book. Each buy generates a reference number, sell transactions from that buy will share the same number. Transactions will also tell you when, how much the shares cost quantity total cost etc.

You can Delete transactions
It is important here to remember that portfolio is designed to track your performance. To delete a holding from your portfolio you must remove the transaction that bought it in the first place. For your portfolio to make sense you also make sure you remove any subsequent sales made from that holding. If you don't your portfolio will register minus sums in the total holdings column, and an unexplainable surplus in your cashbook (selling something you never bought will show up as pure profit).
