Not necessarily. If R&D pipeline really is robust, we need time to execute. R&D pre-FDA filing isn't worth more than an FDA filing, which is less than an approved and launched product. R&D formulation lately has been slow to move due to all of the recent product launches, which is the reason to look overseas and start accelerating new product formulation.

I'd say if we are aggressive we can close out a deal within 4-5 months if we are already going to market. The process can move as fast or slow as Nasrat wants. We can hit pause on the sale if not getting enough interest to where the valuation Nasrat feels it should be.

About half what we do today.", 527M O/S Feb 2014. $0.40, $2.10 & $2.75 were 3 options with $2.10 being communicated the most likely. This was pre-opioid crisis when Nasrat expected SequestOx tech to be on path to approval. The plan was to use this tech and create a "treadmill" of drugs we could apply it to and drive continual growth in opioid space and capture market.

Why not hyper psyched snup? Premiums on otc generally not that high, by my limited experience, but I have had some!

Our path is crystal clear and is happening prior to Aug 2026.
I know, we already have many longs that are millionaire with 0.5 pps but they are going to become multi-millionaire soon. 
Good luck to all longs here who trusted Nasrat with all up and down. He turned around an almost bankrupted company to one of the most successful and financially strong company ever that you never seen in OTC. Now is time 👍

I think people need to stop with the pie in the sky conjecture, and idk....maybe entertain the fact that Nasrat actually tells us the truth. Elite is in great shape. Nasrat is a very intelligent and hard working CEO, and in an extremely competitive and ever changing industry that's riddled with challenges/complexities that most here simply can't, and/or obviously don't comprehend. Give the guy a break, and just be happy that we're headed in the right direction with someone that actually cares at the helm.
We will all be handsomely rewarded in the end. Sit back, and relax, Jack.
