I did take some profits on this last bump up, granted normally I might have sold less, but as time wears on it gets harder to hold, but its actually important to do so if you are able. Theres good money to be made between 1.60 and 2.50 20-30%+ here and there, but if I had more cash I would have a larger position in anticipation of a larger spike. Also I want to see how the SRx Health Solutions acquisition shakes out. It appears investors are simply not giving much credit for the potential upside and not clear why not.

bought into the low 1.70s now with my largest position ever. When this blows, look out. Otherwise it will be a dull taking profits here and there, and I believe we have lots of time on our side, company is in good position read their PRs and SEC filings.

took some profits into the 2.20s range (normally I would not have) and have bought back as low as 1.80 and would keep buying if it fell further. i am bullish on what they are doing and look forward to a tremendous spike of a couple bucks as we have gotten many times in the past.

while I dont like dilution, this acquisition/merger is massive, and will this affect those massive pumps we have gotten in the past, I dont know, but I am willing to stick with it and these prices are very good given all the numbers released by the company, i am sure they are frustrated themselves.

$2.15 + 9% Pro forma fully diluted shares outstanding including shares to be issued to SRx Health is 22,911,334 shares, with insiders owning approximately 75% of the outstanding shares. From a valuation perspective, net tangible book value is $4.072 per share and net current asset value per share is $3.943, both well below the current price of our equity.

Continued to buy down into the 1.60s thats cheap, and now its just a matter of being patient waiting for this to explode. Business prospects sound good with the acquisition of SRx Health. Again price is cheap.

never know when this will explode, but took some profits on the last 50% run these past few days, and have bought back almost my whole position, gotta be nimble, BUT, theres also risk of this just going ape like it does from time to time so need to really hold is best approach and not start selling until at least 50% move and that is probably very early if it does what it has done in past. Really the best key is to just buy in larger quantity at low prices which is right now anything in this range, and just have a plan to sell on spikes, but that is always hard to get perfect, but you dont have to be, just be disciplined, it applies to both directions actually.

(the “Company”) entered into an Underwriting Agreement (the “Underwriting Agreement”) with ThinkEquity LLC (the “Underwriter”), for an underwritten public offering (the “Offering”) of 639,000 shares (the “Shares”) of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”) at a public offering price of $3.00 per share and pre-funded warrants to purchase 1,028,000 shares of Common Stock (the “Pre-Funded Warrants”) at a public offering price of $2.99 per Pre-Funded Warrant, for aggregate gross proceeds of $4,990,720.00 prior to deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other offering expenses. In addition, the Company has granted the Underwriter a 45-day option to purchase an additional 100,000 shares of Common Stock, at the public offering price per share, less the underwriting discounts and commissions, to cover over-allotments.

But it always does. Wow.

so for now we just wait for the next spike, and accumulate more if it drops under 3.50. How long that is, as I have always said, nobody knows, but I do believe we will get it. I think I will be more aggressive on selling if and as it reaches 7 bucks, maybe be completely out by 8 bucks, not sure.

in good ole form, BTTR comes thru again with a spike to 7 bucks, wow, this is found money. The hard part is figuring out how much to sell, I didnt sell enough but its not easy to know if its going to run further especially since it was at 10 bucks not long ago. What causes these spikes I have no idea, its remarkable. Having GTC sell orders in place is helpful since things happen so fast.

On the buyback side I started at 5 bucks and as low as 3.55, again not perfect but it never is, it always go further than expected in both directions

We got another drop in price Friday and I took advantage of it around 3.10 and will do so again this week under around 3.20/share. The company is now a 3 million dollar company with a run rate of 32 mill/year. Anything around this price is a gift in my opinion.

$BTTR unfortunately the total shareholder equity is down to 1.126 million from the 2.978 in the 10k

They need 4 million for compliance and have received a notice on the compliance deficiency

They will need to raise funds to make up the difference I’m afraid

I don’t believe any shares were added to the OS post RS

So the float is is still under 500k with insiders owning just under 50% of the OS

Seems like a bargain to me 🤷‍♂️

doing some light trading in the past week sold a little in the 7s, just bought back at 6.20, but where we go from here is hard to say, I am prepared to buy into the 5s if need be, and to take profits in the upper 7s and beyond, but I do expect a big move at one point, I just have literally no idea when, but based on history, we'll get it, so be prepared with GTC orders in place if necessary.

unbelievable how this is trading, there is so much money to be made here its ridiculous, Im making some, trying not to be greedy selling as much as I am allowed to avoid breaking day trade rules in non margin account (risk of selling shares not paid for yet) and doing real well. We know the volatility will not last forever and that there are super high volume days interdispersed with comparatively dead days, no matter, just need to be sharp, be able to turn on a dime, and have sufficient orders in place to lock in profits or make purchases when the opportunities present themselves. My goodness if anyone can find other stocks trading like this right now please tell me I beg you.

what an absolute smorgasbord, did very well here, took some guts to buy on the pullbacks surely not always hitting lows but even today bought some at 5.80 and sold some at 9.25, just incredible volatility I love it, but it will not last forever but will take advantage of it while it exists. All in all I feel the company has decent prospects and safer to buy at the lower prices.

absolutely amazing spike on record one day volume. Took profits all the way up to 10 bucks and now started buying back at 7. Always take some profits too early but thats fine you never never know how high it will go, let alone the fact that there is always risk in the future of this company, as legit as it is. The opportunities for profits on this stock are just breathtaking - keep buying as it pulls back and sell on rallies.

Took some nice profits and it has rallied and now buying on pullback. Theres a nice 30% or greater range especially with spikes. OVERALL the marketcap is on the low side, so buying here or lower is decent. The lawsuit mentioned in todays PR is interesting, I would like to tie it back to previous PRs/filings that reference the transaction I was unaware of it.

BTTR has started to move, I bought as low as the .12s last week, now I am in very light selling mode so far, you never know when a larger spike may come during which one should unload fair numbers of shares. Laddered out sales all the way to 30 cents, no way to know what the high will be. Dont ever think you know, bc you dont, nobody does.

Better Choice Company announced that it will proceed with a 1-for-44 reverse stock split of its issued and outstanding shares of common stock, par value $0.001, following authorization by its Board of Directors and majority shareholders to effect a reverse stock split by a ratio of not less than 1-for-25 and not more than 1-for-45, at any time on or before March 31, with the Board having the discretion as to whether or not the Reverse Split is to be effected, and the exact ratio to be set at a whole number within the Reverse Split Range. The Board approved the Reverse Split on March 4. The Reverse Split will be effective on March 20, and will begin trading on a post-split basis at the market open on March 21. In conjunction with the Reverse Split, the CUSIP number will be changed to 08771Y 402.

There you have it, bought as low as .155 this morning and sold half position at .avg .26, and bought back as low as .17s. Wow, this stock is being predictable. Now of course there always downside risk, but, the company is as legit as any company, yes they burn cash but also are trying to think outside the box in their ventures, I'll take that. And they love those intra-day announcements, so you need GTC orders in place, which I had this time at good prices, but you can never predict where it will hit so use a ladder of orders.

guess I really nailed that one, see my last comment 2/4 "So with the tendency for this stock to pop from time to time based on news releases" but I didnt have enough shares to make a difference. As I said his stock spikes from time to time and you dont know when its coming. I like their initiative on pet health/weight and go back and note that they had already invested in that company they just had the PR on that made price spike. So a good entry in the low .20s or below in my opinion.
