Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has
been notified that on 30 November 2023, Henry Spain Investment
Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas
Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company,
purchased 13,580 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at GBP0.2365 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, Henry Spain Investment Services
Limited has a resulting
