The Company was today informed that The Special Utilities Investment Trust PLC,
has, following recent purchase of 3,141,469 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), a resultant interest in 7,629,282 Ordinary Shares
which represents approximately 9.0% per cent.of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
