The Company was notified on 17 June 2003 by Fidelity International Limited
("Fidelity") that, following a sale of 21,900 ordinary 5p shares of the Company
("Ordinary Shares"), Fidelity is interested in 421,058 Ordinary Shares
representing 2.88 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and
therefore no longer has a notifiable interest. In addition, this interest also
comprises Edward C Johnson, a principal shareholder of Fidelity.
