UniCredit Sells EUR203.3 Million Bad-Loan Portfolio in Croatia

UniCredit SpA's (UCG.MI) Croatian subsidiary Zagrebacka banka
has signed an agreement with DDM for the sale of a bad loan
portfolio with a claim value of 203.3 million euros ($224.6
million).
The sale is part of the Italian bank's plan to reduce its
nonperforming exposures, it said Friday.
The portfolio consists of loans to individual customers, as well
as to small and medium-sized firms.
