Urbium plc (the "Company") announces that Nicholas Irens, a non-executive
director of the Company, yesterday notified the Company that he acquired
yesterday 2,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 375 pence per
share. Mr Irens is now deemed to be interested in 4,000 ordinary shares in the
Company.
