Kering said Friday that it has appointed Armelle Poulou as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 1.

Poulou, who currently works as director of corporate finance, treasury and insurance, will continue reporting to deputy CEO Jean-Marc Duplaix, the French luxury conglomerate said.
