French private broadcaster Television Francaise 1 SA (TFI.FR) said Monday that it has completed the sale of its 9.9% stake in Canal Plus France to French media-to-telecoms company Vivendi SA (VIVDY, VIV.FR) for EUR744 million.

The divestment was first announced Nov. 23.
