Independence Air to Begin Service to Albany Tomorrow 7 Daily Flights to Washington, D.C. and Connecting Cities Begin July 23rd One-Way Fares as Low as $59 DULLES, Va., July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Independence Air will begin low-fare service to Albany International Airport (ALB) tomorrow, July 23rd with seven daily, non-stop flights to Washington Dulles International Airport.
