Adobe Named a Leader for the Seventh Year in a Row; Placed
Furthest in Completeness of Vision
Adobe (NASDAQ:ADBE) today announced it has been positioned by
Gartner, Inc. as a Leader in the 2017 “Magic Quadrant for Web
Content Management” research report. Adobe was one of 18 vendors
evaluated in the report and is positioned furthest for completeness
of vision. The evaluation criteria for completeness of vision
includes market understanding and strategy; sales strategy;
offering (product) strategy; business model; vertical, industry and
geographic strategy; and innovation.
“As brands embrace digital transformation to meet rising
customer expectations, Adobe Experience Manager, as part of Adobe
Marketing Cloud, provides mid-market and enterprise brands a
critical advantage to address this challenge,” said Aseem Chandra,
vice president, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target. “We
believe Gartner’s report underscores our customers’ success in
transforming their business and delivering experiences that delight
their customers.”
“Implementing Adobe Experience Manager has revolutionized our
process and our productivity has increased 40-fold,” said Dave
DeMaria, vice president of corporate marketing, Synopsys. “Adobe is
inspiring us to rethink digital content delivery. With Experience
Manager, we are becoming an agile, forward-thinking company.”

Experience Cloud, enables brands to easily manage content and
assets, and compose engaging digital experiences across channels
and properties. Intuitive authoring tools combined with artificial
intelligence through Adobe Sensei accelerate the delivery of the
most engaging experiences across web, mobile, in-venue screens and
IoT devices at scale. Brands benefit from the ability to connect
assets created in Adobe Creative Cloud and user-generated
content to assets management and delivery in Experience Manager.

Entertainment, Sydney Opera House, UBS and Zebra Technologies.
According to Gartner, “Leaders should drive market
transformation. Leaders have the highest combined scores for
Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision. They are doing well
and are prepared for the future with a clear vision and a thorough
appreciation of the broader context of digital business. They have
strong channel partners, a presence in multiple regions, consistent
financial performance, broad platform support and good customer
support. In addition, they dominate in one or more technologies or
vertical markets. Leaders are aware of the ecosystem in which their
offerings need to fit.” A complimentary copy of the Gartner, Inc.
