Pretty sure they were referring to $CGRA. $AREC with a $99,873,419 market cap is days away from merging in to them. $CGRA is sitting at $.0049 and a market cap of $3,476,070 up 48.48% today closing near the high of day. The last merger $CGRA had the share price went to $.162. This merger with $AREC is much bigger... Peeps will figure it out if they haven't already...

The transaction was structured as a tax-free exchange of shares from American Infrastructure Corporation for shares of CGrowth Capital, Inc. Common shareholders of American Infrastructure, as part of the merger consideration, will receive Series A Preferred Stock, convertible into common shares of the post-merger combined entity, American Infrastructure Holding Corporation, at the holder’s discretion. This Series A Preferred Stock will automatically convert into common stock twelve months after the merger. Additionally, the Series A Preferred Stock features an anti-dilution provision, ensuring that any Series A Preferred shares not converted into common stock of the combined entity by the twelve-month anniversary of the merger will automatically convert into common stock of the combined entity, representing 92% ownership of the common stock outstanding in American Infrastructure Holding Corporation (formerly CGRA) at that time.

American Resources has received several Letters of Intent for structured transactions over the past year, ranging from $150 million to $280 million in value to American Infrastructure. The board did not accept the structured nature of these previous transactions. The merger with CGRA is designed to reflect growth opportunities and achieve such value for the combined entity, along with additional growth capital to unlock further value in the future.

Flipped means I sold my 54s at 69s...🥳...There is an open gap in the 50 range...That is when a ticker spikes up and that candle opens higher then the candle from the previous days close...this leaves an open space between the 2 candles...There was a 100K bid that showed and pulled back...its there but it does not show on L2...

…..cause AREC is spinning off their ReElement Technology into CGRA then changing its name and ticker as will be a new company where this awesome tech will be highlighted…. i say awesome cause it converts old used coal mounds that never had value….in a first of its kind way to harness Rare Earth elements that are in them …which could not be done profitably before. Thats a big deal and also they are spinning off their Jamaica no problem mun Titanium project into this CGRA deal.

A stock transfer where CGRA’s shares will be taken over by AREC and converted into shares under a new ticker…twitter just updated this week they are close to doing this now w the Transfer Agent.

To me, the ReElement tech is one of those crazy cool unique modern techs that is a clear game changer. Literally getting Rare Earths from an already very abundant source…all those coal mounds all over world last couple hundred years can now be monetized….and they are the only ones with best tech to do it…..working on brining it up to industrial scale now.

So yeah AREC is running w many other miners and rare earth stocks cause of the China/Trump tariffs and China now restricting many Rare Earths…w Titanium probably next…….so for .003 area CGRA is a strong speculative buy for me as i think its getting one of the best parts of AREC….to stand on its own and that could excite the stock market in time once they see what happened in the new coming ReElement/AREC/CGRA/Jamaica Titanium project — ticker symbol and company…..btw AREC will still own 19% of this new entity they are spinning off so thats great gives me more confidence in buying CGRA and wanting to be a part of new ticker.

So the higher AREC goes, i think more people will find out about the imminent CGRA deal spin off, and buy so e shares there too…we shall see…..
