Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws.

 

On April 5, 2019, ARRIS International plc was reregistered as a private limited company and renamed ARRIS International Limited and ARRIS’s Articles of Association were deleted in their entirety and replaced with the Articles of Association attached as Exhibit 3.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
