Accenture to Buy Symantec's Cybersecurity Business from Broadcom

Accenture PLC (ACN) said it has agreed to buy Symantec's
cybersecurity business from Broadcom Inc. (AVGO), which acquired
Symantec Corp.'s enterprise-security business for $10.7 billion in
2019.
The deal is expected to close in March 2020, Accenture said
Tuesday. Accenture didn't disclose terms of the transaction.
Symantec's cybersecurity-services business has more than 300
employees globally, Accenture said.
