MR P E HADSLEY-CHAPLIN
We  have  been  advised by Mr P E Hadsley-Chaplin,  a  director  of  the
Company,  that he has today exercised his option over 20,000  shares  of
10p  each granted at 142.5p per share. The aforementioned 20,000  shares
have been sold at 252.5 pence per share.

His  present share interests in the issued share capital of the  Company
are as follows:

Beneficial 37,898
Non-beneficial: Nil
Options: 395,000

MR P A FLETCHER
We have been advised by Mr P A Fletcher, a director of the Company, that
he  has  today exercised his option over 7,500 shares of 10p granted  at
142.5p per share and a further 7,500 shares of 10p granted at 227.5p per
share.  The  aforementioned 15,000 shares have been sold at 252.5  pence
per share.

His  present share interests in the issued share capital of the  Company
are as follows:

Beneficial 1,099
Non-beneficial: Nil
Options: 400,000
