BWOWW), a leading provider of customized heavy duty lifting and
carrying machinery used in large scale infrastructure projects such
as railway, highway and bridge construction, today announced that
it will release unaudited financial results for the four-month
interim period ended December 31,
2009 and for its first quarter ended March 31, 2010, on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 prior to the market open.
The closing dates of the respective reporting periods and the
timing of the earnings release reflect the Company's decision to
change its fiscal year from August 31 to
December 31. Audited results for the four-month interim
period will be filed with the SEC as part of the Transition Report,
in addition to the Company's 10Q for the first quarter of 2010.
In conjunction with the release, the Company will host its first
conference call which will include a Virtual Roadshow webcast to
discuss financial and operating results for the respective periods,
in addition to providing an introduction to the company, products,
competitive landscape, growth strategy and management team.
