On November 15, 2021 the Board of Directors of First Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. ("First Guaranty") declared a 10 percent common stock dividend on First Guaranty's outstanding shares of common stock. The record date will be December 15, 2021 and the payable date will be December 17, 2021.
On November 15, 2021, First Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. issued a press release announcing the declaration of a 10 percent common stock dividend. The Press Release is enclosed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
