Transform Fundraising Date: Monday, April 3, 1:30 - 2:15 pm
Presenters: David Lawson and Jon Thorsen Description: Successful
fundraising requires listening and communicating. Learn how Social
CRM brings supporters into the process to improve interactions and
relationships, and increase fundraising results! Title: The Hunt
for Hidden Donors Date: Tuesday, April 4, 1:30 - 2:45 pm Presenter:
David Lawson Description: Prospect screening has become very
important to the nonprofit community. A nonprofit organization's
hunt for hidden donors isn't always for the person involved in the

door. Title: What is Development Services and Why Should You Care?
Date: Tuesday, April 4, 3:00 - 4:15 pm Panelist: Jon Thorsen
Description: The lack of appropriate staffing and sound business
practices can cause fundraisers to waste time and money, neglect
prospects and alienate donors. A Development Services department
can help you address these issues. This panel will discuss issues
such as: why nonprofits need a Development Services department,
where Development Services should report, what functions should be
included, what services Development Services should provide, and
how to hire Development Services staff. *T Nonprofit organizations
face increasing competition for charitable gifts in the current
philanthropic playing field. Kintera CEO Harry E. Gruber, M.D,
