On January 31, 2024, Nocturne Acquisition Corporation (“Nocturne”) provided notice to its shareholders that its board of directors (the “Board”) intends to approve the extension of the date by which Nocturne must consummate an initial business combination (the “Deadline Date”) by one additional month, from February 5, 2024 to March 5, 2024.
