NEW YORK, May 26 /PRNewswire/ -- S&P SmallCap 600
constituent Tractor Supply Co. (Nasdaq: TSCO) will replace OSI
Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: OSIP) in the S&P MidCap 400
index, and Hi-Tech Pharmacal Co., Inc. (Nasdaq: HITK) will replace
Tractor Supply in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of
trading on Wednesday, June 2.
OSI Pharmaceuticals is being acquired by S&P Global 1200
constituent Astellas Pharma Inc. in a cash tender offer expected to
be completed on or about that date.
