Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On March 31, 2022, Reed’s Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “company” or “Reed’s”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.

 

The Company will conduct a conference call today, March 31, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time to discuss its results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021. Reed’s management will host the conference call, followed by a question-and-answer period.
