Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On June 27, 2022, Virpax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s decision to pursue an over the counter regulatory pathway for Epoladerm, the Company’s product candidate in development for the treatment of pain associated with osteoarthritis.

 

A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
