Election of Director

 

On December 14, 2023, the Westamerica Bancorporation Board of Directors appointed Martin Camsey to serve as an independent member of the Board of Directors effective February 22, 2024 until his successor is duly nominated, qualified, and elected.

 

Mr. Camsey has more than 25 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer and 36 years of experience as a Director.
