Warren Buffett: Abstained in Coca-Cola Equity Plan Vote -CNBC

Warren Buffett, Coca-Cola Co.'s (KO) largest shareholder,
abstained in a vote Wednesday on the beverage company's equity plan
for employees, the Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (BRKA, BRKB) chief
execute said.
Mr. Buffett, in an interview with CNBC, said he thought the plan
"excessive" but didn't want to "express any disapproval for
management" with a vote in opposition. Mr. Buffett said Berkshire,
which holds about 9% of Coca-Cola shares, has no intention of
selling any shares in the company.
The plan was approved by shareholders with 83% voting in
favor.
