Corporate Capital Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CCT), a leading business development company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40219 per share. The quarterly dividend will be payable on July 10, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 29, 2018.

As previously announced, a special dividend of $0.10125 per share will be payable on May 21, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 14, 2018.
