Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) is nearing a deal to sell its Ortho
Clinical Diagnostics unit to Carlyle Group LP (CG), Reuters
reported Monday, citing four people familiar with the matter.
The transaction is expected to be worth about $4 billion,
Reuters reported.
According to a Reuters report in November, Danaher Corp. (DHR)
and Blackstone Group LP (BX) teamed up on a bid for Ortho.
