New Hampshire In $35 Million Settlement With Shell, Sunoco Over Groundwater Contamination Claims -Bloomberg

New Hampshire reached a $35 million settlement of a groundwater
contamination lawsuit with Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA, RDSB,
RDSA.LN, RDSB.LN) unit Shell Oil Co. and Energy Transfer Partners
LP (ETP) unit Sunoco Inc., Bloomberg News reported Thursday.
Attorney General Michael Delaney said the state could seek
"several hundreds of millions" of dollars from other defendants,
including Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) and ConocoPhillips (COP), in a
trial slated to begin in January, Bloomberg reported.
