KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced the grand opening of Skyler
at Millenia, its latest community of beautiful new homes in San
Diego County. The new neighborhood represents another step in the
steady expansion of KB Home’s San Diego County business, as the
homebuilder plans to open three additional new home communities
over the coming months.
The exquisitely designed floor plans available at Skyler at
Millenia will be open to the public on Saturday, December 2nd, and
Sunday, December 3rd, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, as KB Home
unveils the community’s model homes.
Skyler’s convenient location within Chula Vista’s newest master
planned community, Millenia, offers residents the benefits of a
walkable neighborhood, planned parks and schools, along with
abundant nearby shopping, entertainment and nightlife. KB Home
plans to construct a total of 79 single-family residences at Skyler
at Millenia, available in two elegantly modern three-story home
designs of 2,602 and 2,659 square feet, which can accommodate up to
four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a two-car-garage and an
additional parking space for each homeowner. Pricing starts from
the $590,000s.

Homebuyers who purchase a new KB home at Skyler at Millenia will
have the opportunity to personalize many aspects of their home as
part of the builder’s unique homebuilding experience. In addition
to choosing their home’s community location, floor plan, and
exterior design style, homebuyers can adjust structural features to
best suit their needs, such as converting bonus rooms into
additional bedrooms, or adding a personal elevator. Homebuyers can

homes at Skyler at Millenia will be built to the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency’s exacting indoor air quality guidelines under
its Indoor airPLUS label, marking the first time a builder in San
Diego County has constructed an entire community of new Indoor
airPLUS labeled homes. According to the U.S. EPA, Indoor airPLUS
labeled new homes can add comfort and deliver a healthier indoor

Street in Chula Vista. From Highway 125, exit east on Birch Road.
Turn right on Eastlake Parkway, then right on Strata Street to the
sales center. The sales office is open from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
on Mondays and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesdays through Friday,
and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the weekend.
