Coca-Cola Co.'s (KO) Costa Coffee unit on Wednesday said Dominic
Paul will step down as chief executive, effective Nov. 30.
The U.K. coffee-shop chain said Jill McDonald, most recently
managing director of clothing and home for retailer Marks &
Spencer Group PLC (MKS.LN), will succeed Mr. Paul as CEO.
Coca-Cola in January completed its $4.9 billion acquisition of
Costa Coffee from hotel-operating conglomerate Whitbread PLC.
Costa Coffee said Mr. Paul, who has been CEO since 2016, will
remain as a special adviser through February to support the
transition.
