K-Sea Transportation Partners L.P. (NYSE: KSP) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a distribution for the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2007 of $0.70 per unit, or $2.80 per unit annualized, representing a $0.02 per unit, or 2.9%, increase from the previous quarter. The distribution will be payable on July 24, 2007 to unitholders of record on July 18, 2007. This is the ninth consecutive quarter of distribution increases, and the eleventh since the Company�s IPO in January 2004.
