Mykrolis Introduces Optimizer(R) C47 Housing and Membrane Disks Newest Addition to Optimizer Line Minimizes Chemical Waste and Speeds Time to Production BILLERICA, Mass., July 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mykrolis Corporation (NYSE:MYK), a leading supplier of components and subsystems to the semiconductor industry, today introduced the Optimizer(R) C47, the latest addition to the Optimizer product line. The Optimizer C47 enables R&D evaluation of Mykrolis membrane technology for photoresist and advanced chemical filtration on a laboratory scale using small volumes of chemicals. Accommodating a wide variety of Mykrolis membranes, including hydrophobic and hydrophilic special clean membranes for applications requiring lower organic content, the C47 joins Mykrolis's Optimizer(R) line of test filters that enable rapid, accurate filtration testing and optimization and faster scale-up to production-volume membrane filtration devices. These will be shown along with the Optimizer D300/600 disposable filter.
