Check-Ins
If you havent done check-ins yet, please schedule them before August 15th and complete the submission in Workday.
You can find the check-in forms in your Workday inbox:
Check-ins replace traditional Annual Performance Reviews and take place a few times
a year. They require some light preparation, including completing the form in Workday, to prepare for a meaningful 1x1 conversation. Additional information about the process can be found on One Sunrun.
Sunrun Pulse
Along with
Check-Ins, Sunrun Pulse review and action planning is a critical part of our feedback process. If you have not done so, please review the most recent Pulse results with your manager and/or teams, and commit to
action plans for Q3/Q4 to address areas of concern that were flagged in the survey.
Safety
We are in the midst of a pandemic during the hottest part of the year. That means we need to be vigilant about physical safety, both in terms of proper COVID-19 protocols and protecting our workers from heat stroke.
I also want to reiterate that all employees have a
voice and are leaders on safety. If you see a missed opportunity to work safely, we expect you to bring it up. Please report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor or the safety team, and wear a face covering during all customer, partner, and
Sunrun-related interactions. Our safety team is continuing to monitor the impacts of COVID-19 and CDCs guidance on safety precautions, and will update you and your teams with any developments.

I appreciate everyones help during this exciting time.
Power Forward,
Lynn
