Wells Fargo & Co. (WFC) on Thursday said it named Debra
Chrapaty chief technology officer, removing the interim tag she has
carried since May.
The San Francisco bank said Ms. Chrapaty will continue to report
to Saul Van Beurden, who joined Wells Fargo earlier this year as
head of technology.
Ms. Chrapaty, who joined Wells Fargo in 2018 as group chief
information officer for core platform services, succeeds Scott
Dillon, who left the company at the end of March.
