Cancellation of AIM trading facility

In the recent Report and Accounts the Directors, referring to the company's
financial position, stated that, over recent months, they had been taking action
to stabilise the company's position by reducing operating costs.

They also believe it is in the best interests of the Company to reduce costs
further by withdrawing its listing from AIM.  Consequently notice is hereby
served that the company's listing on AIM will be cancelled and shares will cease
to trade at close of business on Tuesday 13th May 2003.
