Much larger, audit companies manage to get financials in on time.  They've had 108 days to "unravel" those numbers.  There is clearly bigger issues going on.  Replacing the ceo on New Year's Eve and then hiring a law firm speaks volumes.  IMO.  

Since this new circus blew into town again there have been nearly 20 BILLION shares added to the O/S.

Todays worst was -11%, the next loser was -7.5%, other 3 -3%ish..I can live with those numbers when 5 greens are +10-42%...point is we positioned to minimize losses, while maximizing gains...holding 21 stocks, only 5 down 2-11%, but tomorrow they could be up +30% never know ;)
