Klein brings to Spartech over 15 years of in-depth legal experience working for publicly traded companies as well as private practice. Klein will report directly to Myles S. Odaniell, President and Chief Executive Officer, and will be based at the corporate office in Clayton, Missouri. Klein will be responsible for the management and oversight of all legal matters, the provision of legal services, corporate governance and providing advice to members of the leadership team in their various areas of responsibility. Klein was most recently Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Solutia Inc.
