The Company announces that it has made an application for the admission of
116,592 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. These shares have been
issued pursuant to the authority granted at the general meeting held on 13th
January, 2003 in satisfaction of invoices totalling #2,250 rendered to the
Company by providers of services.


It is expected that dealings in the said shares will commence on 1st June, 2003.
