TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jun 3, 2014) - World Financial Split Corp. (TSX:WFS.PR.A) has declared a quarterly distribution on its preferred shares in the amount of $0.13125 payable on June 30, 2014 to shareholders of record on June 13, 2014, ex-dividend date of June 11, 2014. To the extent that any portions of the distributions are ordinary taxable dividends and not capital gains dividends, they will be eligible dividends.
