Blue Vista Technologies Inc. ("Blue Vista")(NEX: BV.H) announces that it will be settling an aggregate of $371,601.05 of indebtedness to various creditors through the issuance of up to 7,432,021 common shares of Blue Vista, in order to strengthen the company's balance sheet.

Completion of the conversion is subject to regulatory approval and the securities to be issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.
