Ditem Explorations Inc.: Results of the 2010 Annual General Shareholders Meeting

Ditem Explorations (TSX VENTURE: DIT) is pleased to announce that
at the annual general meeting of shareholders, shareholders
proceeded with the election of the Board of Directors and the
nomination of the auditors.
The shareholders re-elected directors Dr. Raymond Davies, Mr.
Nick Di Perno, Dr. Lo-Sun Jen, Dr. Richard Marc Lacasse, Mr.
Raymond Savoie and Mr. Regent Watier, c.a., who will serve the
company as directors until the next annual shareholders meeting.
The board of directors continues to be comprised of a majority of
independent directors. The shareholders also re-appointed KPMG
Chartered Accountants as the company's auditors.
At the subsequent Board meeting, it was decided that Mr. Savoie
will continue to serve as Chairman and CEO, Mr. Watier will
continue to serve as President of the Audit Committee and Mr.
Raymond Davies and Mr. Nick Di Perno will serve as members of the
Audit Committee. Mr. Mario Joly, M. Sc. Geology, was elected
President. Me Estelle Dufresne was re-elected as Corporate
Secretary and responsible for Corporate and Legal Affairs.
